Our packages are a starting point — support can be tailored around the individual, with additional visits and practical help available where needed. We’ll always take the time to understand what matters to you and your family.
Essential — from £39/week
Two friendly phone calls each week, with a brief family update after each call and an agreed plan if we're unable to make contact or something causes us concern.
Reassurance — from £99/week
Three friendly phone calls each week, a 45-minute weekly companionship visit and a brief family update after every call and visit, giving everyone a little more reassurance and connection.
Complete — from £145/week
Five weekday friendly phone calls, a one-hour weekly companionship visit and a family update after every contact, with additional help coordinating everyday practical matters when needed.
One-Off Help & Concierge Services
Need help with something just once?
Appointment support – where availability allows, we can accompany you or your relative to local appointments, or help arrange suitable support or transport where needed.
Practical help – if Dad’s boiler stops working, we can help find and arrange a reliable local tradesperson.
One-off support – if something at home needs dealing with and you’re simply too far away to organise it yourself, talk to us.
